ვიშეგრადის საერთაშორისო ფონდის (IVF) მხარდაჭერით, საქართველოს ენერგეტიკისა და წყალმომარაგების მარეგულირებელი ეროვნული კომისიის (სემეკ) მიერ დაფუძნებული ენერგეტიკის სასწავლო ცენტრში მიმდინარე პროექტის- „ენერგეტიკული ინფრასტრუქტურის უსაფრთხოება კლიმატის ცვლილებით გამოწვეული კატასტროფების დროს“, ფარგლებში გურიის რეგიონში თვითმმართველობების, რეგიონის საგანგებო სიტუაციების მართვის სამსახურისა და კომუნალური კომპანიების წარმომადგენლებთან საინფორმაციო შეხვედრები გაიმართა.საინფორმაციო შეხვედრები პროექტისი და დაგეგმილი აქტივობების გაცნობას ემსახურებოდა. შეხვედრის მონაწილეებს მიეწოდათ დეტალური ინფორმაცია პროექტის მიზნების, ამოცანებისა და დაგეგმილი ღონისძიებების, ასევე პროექტის დონორი და აპლიკანტი ორგანიზაციის შესახებ. შეხვედრაზე განსაკუთრებული ყურადღება დაეთმო ვიშეგრადის საერთაშორისო ფონდისა და პარტნიორების შესახებ ინფორმაციის გაცნობას. აგრეთვე იმ საერთო მიზნებსა და შედეგებს, რომელთა მიღწევაც ერთობლივი ძალისხმევით არის დაგეგმილი.პროექტის მიზანია ვიშეგრადის ქვეყნების (უნგრეთი, ჩეხეთი, პოლონეთი, სლოვაკეთი) გამოცდილების გაზიარება საქართველოსთვის ენერგეტიკული ინფრასტრუქტურის მდგრადობისა და კლიმატთან დაკავშირებული კატასტროფების მიმართ მზადყოფნის საკითხებზე. პროექტის ფარგლებში დაგეგმილია კვლევის მომზადება, საუკეთესო საერთაშორისო პრაქტიკისა და რეგულაციების შესწავლა, პრაქტიკული გზამკვლევის, ასევე საერთაშორისო ექსპერტების მიერ შესაბამისი რეკომენდაციების შემუშავება. პროექტი ასევე ითვალისწინებს საჯარო ლექციებსა და ტრენინგებს. საპილოტე რეგიონად შერჩეულია გურია.პროექტის ფარგლებში შექმნილია სპეციალური ვებ-გვერდი www.v4share.com. Information Meetings Held in Guria Region Under International Visegrad Fund-Supported Project at Energy Training Center Under GNERCWith the support of the International Visegrad Fund (IVF), information meetings were held in the Guria region with representatives of local self-governments, the Emergency Management Service, and utility companies. The event was organized as part of the ongoing project, "Energy Infrastructure Security During Climate Change-Induced Disasters," implemented by the Energy Training Center founded by the Georgian National Energy and Water Supply Regulatory Commission (GNERC).The purpose of the meetings was to introduce the project and its planned activities. Participants received detailed information regarding the goals, objectives, and scheduled events of the project, as well as the applicant and donor organizations. Special attention was paid to introducing the International Visegrad Fund and project partners, highlighting the shared goals and results expected to be achieved through joint efforts.The primary objective of the project is to share the experience of Visegrad Group countries (Hungary, Czechia, Poland, and Slovakia) with Georgia regarding energy infrastructure resilience and preparedness for climate-related disasters. Planned outputs include preparing a research study, examining best international practices and regulatory frameworks, creating a practical guidebook, and developing tailored recommendations from international experts. The initiative also encompasses public lectures and training sessions, with Guria selected as the pilot region.A dedicated project website has been established at v4share.com.
